Download Gmail Alerts now!
Getting started with Gmail Alerts is quick and easy (we promise!). After just a few steps, you’ll get desktop notifications whenever you receive a new message in your Gmail for Domain account.
1 – Download Gmail Alerts
Once the download is complete, run the setup installer and click 'Install'
2 – Enter your username and password
When you run Gmail Alerts for the first time, you will be prompted to provide your Gmail address and password. You can use any Gmail or Gmail for Domains account. This can be changed later from the settings screen.
3 – Configure Gmail Alerts settings to suit your needs
After you enter your email address and password, the Gmail Alerts settings window will appear. Here you can customize your experience with Gmail Alerts, and choose to use sounds, set the alert frequency, and whether or not to start Gmail Alerts with Windows.
4 – Enjoy! You’re done!
Whenever you receive a new message in your Gmail account, a window just like this will pop-up on your desktop. Never miss an important message again!
